Our commitment to privacy is built on physical hardware isolation, not merely at the software agreement level.
MACNOX (hereinafter "we") hereby states: as a low-level computing infrastructure provider, our commitment to privacy is grounded in physical hardware isolation, not merely at the software agreement level. This Privacy Policy fully describes what data we collect, how we use it, and for which data we maintain inviolable physical access restrictions. By accessing our website or subscribing to any service, you fully accept all terms of this policy.
This Privacy Policy applies to your access and use of the MACNOX website, console panel, and all Apple Silicon physical node rental services we provide. By accessing our website or subscribing to our services, you consent to the data processing operations described in this policy.
MACNOX reserves the right to unilaterally amend this Privacy Policy at any time. Amended terms take effect immediately upon publication on the website. We have no obligation to notify you separately of any changes, and you are responsible for reviewing this page periodically.
In order to provide you with a lawful, stable, and secure cloud infrastructure, we collect only the following necessary information:
We explicitly state: We do not collect, analyze, or have any ability to read any business data, code, or files stored on your node SSD.
Since MACNOX provides a purely physical node service, our data privacy protection is built on an unbypassable physical-layer boundary.
We are technically unable and will never access, inspect, or monitor any code, files, processes, or business data stored on the SSD of your rented physical node. This is an absolute physical-layer restriction, not merely a contractual promise.
After node delivery, you receive full administrator access to the system. Through Apple hardware native Secure Enclave technology, your data is protected by hardware-level encryption. Even our data center operations staff cannot bypass authentication to read disk contents.
We use the limited personal and telemetry data we collect only for the following purposes, with no out-of-scope use:
The lifecycle of your business data stored on the physical machine is tightly bound to your subscription cycle. You and only you bear full responsibility for backing up data on your node.
Once your subscription expires without renewal, is reclaimed due to non-payment, or you actively execute the "Release Node" operation in the console, the orchestration system will immediately issue a physical-level secure erase command. Encryption keys will be destroyed and the SSD will be irreversibly overwritten. This process cannot be undone, and MACNOX bears no liability for any data loss resulting from the erasure.
We do not sell your personal information. We share only the minimum necessary data with trusted third-party infrastructure and service providers when required:
Under applicable data protection laws (such as GDPR or CCPA), you have the following rights regarding the personal data we hold at the console level:
An account deletion request will automatically trigger the secure destruction process for all physical nodes under your account, and this action is irreversible. The above rights apply only to metadata at the console account level and not to business data on your node disk (which we are physically unable to access anyway).
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or the MACNOX hardware privacy boundary, please contact our security compliance team through the following channels. All formal privacy requests must be submitted through the console ticket system to verify account ownership.
