Before registering an account or placing an order for the MACNOX cloud Mac physical node service, please read these terms in full to understand your rights and obligations.
Before registering an account, placing an order, or using any computing infrastructure provided by MACNOX (hereinafter "Services"), please read these Terms of Service (hereinafter "Agreement") carefully. By clicking to agree or by actually beginning to use our Services, you unconditionally, fully, and irrevocably accept all terms of this Agreement.
MACNOX reserves the right to unilaterally amend the terms of this Agreement at any time. Amended terms take effect immediately upon publication on the official website. We have no obligation to send you separate individual notice of any changes to the terms.
You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically. Your continued use of any MACNOX service after changes are made constitutes full acceptance of all modifications. If you do not agree to the amended terms, your sole remedy is to immediately cease using the service and deactivate your account.
We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to remotely access your assigned physical Mac node over the network. This does not constitute a sale of any hardware. Ownership of all physical machines, storage media, and network interfaces assigned to you remains with MACNOX at all times.
MACNOX reserves the right of final interpretation of the service and may at any time, without prior notice, adjust the physical location of data centers, change IP address allocation policies, or perform underlying hardware network migrations.
All payments and orders made on the MACNOX console (including daily, weekly, monthly rentals and all add-ons) are non-refundable once payment has been successfully charged.
You fully understand and agree that running workloads on cloud physical infrastructure carries inherent risks of hardware failure.
MACNOX does not provide any form of automatic data backup service. You are solely responsible for backing up all data, code, system states, and business configurations stored on the node SSD.
For any data loss caused by hardware degradation, network interruption, force majeure, or physical-level data erasure triggered by non-payment or voluntary cancellation, MACNOX bears no compensation or remediation responsibility.
To ensure the electromechanical stability of our data centers, you may not use your rented physical node for any of the following activities. MACNOX holds sole judgment and unilateral discretion over violations:
To protect the interests of the platform and other users, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service without prior notice in the following circumstances:
Upon termination of service, all your console access rights will be revoked. We have no obligation to retain, restore, or transfer any data stored on the machine.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MACNOX and its affiliates, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business reputation, or data loss), regardless of whether such damages arise from breach of contract, tort, or any other cause.
The total cumulative liability of MACNOX to you shall not exceed the total base rental fees you actually paid to MACNOX in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The execution, effectiveness, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the MACNOX designated operating entity is registered. Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiation first; if negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit in the court of competent jurisdiction where the MACNOX operating entity is located.
